By browsing ZORYELLE, you agree to use our site for lawful luxury skincare purchases. Any unauthorized automated scraping or malicious code injection is strictly prohibited.
Order Fulfillment Terms
All orders are subject to stock availability and address verification. ZORYELLE reserves the right to cancel orders suspected of fraudulent activity or unauthorized resale.
Billed Currency & Charges
Prices are listed in INR (₹) inclusive of GST. Payments processed via UPI, Credit Card, or COD must be settled in full prior to order dispatch.
Trademarks & Formulation Patents
All ZORYELLE logos, formulation names, images, and text content are protected under international copyright and trademark laws. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.
Returns, Exchanges & Refund Timelines
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, only for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.
- Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- To initiate a return, contact us via the Contact page or WhatsApp with your order number and photos of the product/issue within 48 hours of delivery.
- Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI after the returned item is verified.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (damaged/defective/wrong item).
